How can I apply for morningmateās Partner Program?

2. Evaluation: Once your application is accepted, our representative will reach out for an introductory training course for morningmate.
3. Membership: Sign the partnership agreement for the selected membership.
4. On-boarding: Receive comprehensive training with our CX team. -
What types of partnership does morningmate offer?
Currently, we only offer Solutions Partnerships, but we are planning on expanding the Partnership Program to offer more types - so, stay tuned! *Solutions Partners (also known as Value-Added Resellers) manage the entire customer lifecycle - from selling morningmate licenses to offering post-sales support - with minimal to no involvement from morningmate.

Are there any costs associated to joining as a partner?
Yes, thereās an annual membership fee that varies depending on the partnership tier. *VAT excluded Amethyst: USD$500/year
Sapphire: USD$1,500/year
Ruby: USD$3,000/year
Diamond: USD$5,000/year
Emerald: USD$10,000/year Our annual membership fees are designed to allow partners to choose a tier that best aligns with their business capabilities and goals. -
Are there partner tiers?
Yes, we have 5 tiers: Amethyst, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond, Emerald. Each tier provides different benefits. *Amethyst: 5%/ Sapphire: 10%/ Ruby: 15%/ Diamond: 20%/ Emerald:25%

How can I ascend to or maintain a tier level?
Your tier will go up when your sales quota reaches that of a higher tier without any additional membership fees. Once you move up a tier, you will also get full access to the benefits of the higher tier. Not meeting the sales quota wonāt result in a downgrade.
