Why we updated our pricing plans
At Morningmate, we are always looking for ways to support teams – big or small – including through our pricing.
We’ve been fortunate to serve a diverse range of customers, from one-person teams just starting out to thriving startups and big enterprises. As a startup ourselves, we understand how quickly software costs can add up, making it difficult for some teams to afford essential tools. That’s why we updated our pricing plans – to help teams save on costs while still enjoying seamless collaboration and communication. Our new plans are designed to be more affordable and scalable, tailored to meet the needs of teams at every stage of growth.
Without further ado, let’s meet our new plans.
1. Free plan
Our Free Plan offers core task management functionalities and a built-in messenger, making it a great starting point to test out Morningmate. While the plan is free forever, its limited project-level and admin features may require an upgrade as your team grows.
Features included:
- Core task management functionalities
- Built-in chat for real-time communication
- Access to up to 5 projects
- 500 MB of storage per user
- Integrations with Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet for video conferencing
- Cloud storage integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) for file sharing
Limited features include:
- Views & Reporting (e.g., List, Gantt chart)
- Advanced data search
- Admin features
- Advanced security features
- OpenAPI & customizations
2. Starter plan
The Starter plan offers more robust project management features, additional integrations, and is designed for teams of up to 30 users. As your team grows beyond 30 members, you can seamlessly upgrade to our Pro Unlimited plan, which offers all-inclusive fixed pricing.
All features of Free plan included, plus:
- Unlimited projects
- Project templates
- 1 TB of file storage
- Unlimited content search retention period
- Advanced chat functionalities (e.g., secret messages, file & image folders)
- Task reporting and project-level views
- Comprehensive admin features (e.g., organizational chart, access & usage monitoring)
- Advanced integrations, including the soon-to-launch Google Workspace integration
Limited features include:
- Advanced security features
- OpenAPI & customizations
3. Pro Unlimited
Enjoy unlimited users and access to all-inclusive work management features with a straightforward, fixed price—no hidden fees or surprise charges. This plan is perfect for teams of any size, offering full access to Morningmate’s robust tools without worrying about scaling costs as your team grows.
All features of Starter plan included, plus:
- Advanced security features (e.g., IP access whitelist, file management permissions, two-factor authentication)
- Advanced customizations (e.g., organizational chart integration, chatbot)
4. Enterprise plan
Our Enterprise Plan is designed for large organizations that require extensive customization, advanced security, and tailored solutions. It includes every feature Morningmate has to offer, along with personalized support to ensure seamless implementation and optimal use for your team’s unique needs.
